Returns / Cancellation
Peace of mind when buying from us
We know that sometimes things can change or go wrong, so our Returns / Cancellation policy is flexible.
If you wish to cancel an item before it has been delivered, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll cancel it for you. There's no charge for cancelling an order as long as we haven't delivered it. If we have delivered it, please see our Returns policy.
If the item is faulty, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of your order being sent out, stating that the item is faulty and letting us know whether you'd like a refund or a replacement item. We will either refund the cost of your item to you, or provide a replacement. Please note that all items will be tested prior to giving a refund.
If you need to return an item which is working, but is no longer required, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your order being sent out. We'll send you a form to complete and return to us with your item. Please note that you will liable for a £2.50 delivery and re-stocking fee. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in the same condition in which it was sent to you.
