Who are Gadget-Extras.com?

Gadget-Extras.com is a small company supplying accessories for your gadgets, such as mobile phone accessories, iPod accessories and games console accessories, at competitive prices, with a friendly, personal service. For more information, see the About Us page.

How do I contact you?

Simple, just email us at sales@gadget-extras.com. We'll normally reply the same day. For more information, see the Contact Us page.

What do you sell?

We sell accessories for all major mobile phones and many other gadgets, such as iPods, iPads and more. If there's something you're looking for, which you can't find, please email us at sales@gadget-extras.com and we'll try to find it for you.

How do I pay for my order?

We use PayPal and Nochex which are easy and secure ways to pay for your order using your debit or credit card.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Please note that as we are not VAT-registered, due to our turnover being beneath the relevant threshold, we do not charge VAT and therefore cannot supply a VAT receipt.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Most orders are delivered within 2 business days by Royal Mail, though we would ask you to wait for 7 days before contacting us if you have not yet received your order. For more information, see the Delivery information page.

Need your order sent to a different address?

No problem! You can choose a different delivery address as follows:

  • If you have an account with PayPal, Gogle Wallet or Nochex, please login to your account when making payment and choose a different delivery address, or
  • If you're order is less than £25, pay for your order then email us at sales@gadget-extras.com to inform us of the address you'd like your order to be sent to.

Can I collect my order from you?

Unfortunately, we do not have a facility for orders to be collected in person.
